Key responsibilities include:

• Service Delivery Coordination: Coordinate service delivery across SIL homes to ensure consistent, high-quality supports.
• Participant Intake & Transitions: Support Participant intakes, transitions, admissions, and exits.
• Site Oversight & Compliance: Conduct site visits to ensure compliance, safety, and service quality standards are maintained.
• Staff Leadership & Support: Lead and support staff through supervision, training, and performance management.
• Documentation & Incident Management: Maintain compliance incidents reporting, documentation, and Participant records.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Participants, families, and key stakeholders.
