Summary

MG Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, highly organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of office experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or a medical clinic setting
• Must be available Saturdays from 10 AM–5 PM, Monday and Tuesday 10 AM -6 PM (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident speaking with clients about treatments, pre-care, and post-care instructions
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in clients
• Assisting with appointment coordination and front desk operations
• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting providers throughout the day
• Cleaning and resetting rooms between patients
• Assisting with daily clinic tasks and maintaining clinic organization
• Educating clients on treatment preparation and aftercare instructions
• Supporting the team in delivering a high-level patient experience
