We are now seeking a proactive, highly organized Care Coordinator to manage our care team, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth communication between staff, clients, and partner agencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Carer, or similar role in health or social care.
  • Strong understanding of HSE and HIQA compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong IT skills for rostering, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily schedules and rosters for care staff, ensuring all shifts are covered, including emergency cover.
  • Liaise with the HSE, private clients, and agency partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client care assessments.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new care staff in line with company, HSE, and HIQA standards.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE and HIQA regulations.
    -Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and foster partnerships that enhance service delivery.
  • Manage filing systems, records, and documentation for compliance and operational needs.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support staff development through regular training sessions.
