Requirements Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on care processes. Build relationships with caregiver team. Schedule and coordinate caregiver schedules Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with various healthcare providers, ensuring timely access to services. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, while adhering to confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with medical and dental offices to streamline patient care and facilitate referrals as needed. Assist in managing administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing inquiries, and follow-up communications. Educate clients about their treatment options and available resources to enhance their understanding of care plans. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in a medical or dental office setting. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals. Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and scheduling purposes. A background in medical administrative support is a plus but not required.
