Description
  • Plan and manage staff schedules, including reshuffling due to changes or cancellations.
  • Assist with rostering matters for various projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Handle stakeholder requests via group chats, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
  • Correct worklog discrepancies together with the nurse manager
  • Perform administrative tasks such as uploading appointment schedules, patient particulars, patient notes.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements, maintaining flexibility and composure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
  • Experience in scheduling and logistics coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to commit 6 days per week
