Proactive Care Coordinator
Location: LUTON
BCC is a Home Care/Domiciliary and Supported Living organization based in Greenwich/Woolwich covering South East London and other Boroughs. We support and care for vulnerable adults who require assistance in performing their daily tasks due to an impairment such as Mental Health, Autism, Learning Difficulty, or Care of the Elderly, etc.. in the community. CARE COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess NVQ Level 2/3 and above or Equivalent.
- Experience in the care sector for 12 months or above.
- Skills and Knowledge in care are essential, and willing to learn new things.
- We are currently in search of someone who has good communication skills, compassionate, caring, competent, courageous, flexible, committed and reliable Care Coordinator for the purpose of care delivery in Luton and the surrounding areas.
CANDIDATE MUST-HAVE (QUALIFICATION):
- Administrative/IT skills and knowledge, etc
- Knowledge of legal responsibilities and regulations in health and social care
- Knowledge about person-centred care, care plans, risk assessment and initial assessment
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Candidates must prove their right to work in the UK, provide references, and undergo a DBS check.
- Must hold and be able to provide evidence of a full, valid UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.
