We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team in North East Surrey, on a full time basis. In return you will receive £25,000 per annum.
The role will include approximately 20 hours per week of delivering care, alongside your Care Coordination role. This will make up to 37.5 hours per week working week.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF OUR CARE COORDINATOR:

  • Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential;
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and looking to work towards an NVQ Level 3
  • A minimum two years care experience and minimum of one year’s experience in a Care Coordinator role.
  • Good people management skills
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.
  • Must have Good IT skills and know how to use Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of domiciliary care provision and CQC regulations is essential.
    We are reputable, long-standing, domiciliary care franchise supporting our clients in their own homes. We cover these towns and surrounding areas:
    Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, Cheam, Banstead, Chipstead, Coulsdon, Whyteleafe, Kenley, Caterham, Chaldon, Warlingham, Woldingham, Purley and Sanderstead.
    Full UK driver’s licence, own vehicle and flexible availability is essential. You must be available to work some evenings and every other weekend.
