We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This pivotal role involves overseeing patient care processes, ensuring efficient communication between medical staff and patients, and facilitating a seamless experience within our clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical office operations and demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required; experience in a dental office is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative support functions is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff professionally.
  • Proficiency in using office software applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.
