  About the role
  We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 2 Registered Nurse to join our warm and supportive residential care team at Fullarton. In this leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your clinical skills and make a meaningful impact in aged care. Working closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents to live with dignity, choice, and connection.
  You’ll lead with a strengths-based approach, creating a positive environment where both residents and staff feel respected and valued. This is a Monday-to-Friday role, with ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities include:

• Support residents and their families in care planning, rights, and daily living with the General Manager and Care Manager.
• Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and encourage active participation in their care.
• Oversee person-centred care, admissions, risk management, and ensure safe, high-quality clinical practices.
• Manage incidents, complaints, and feedback to improve resident safety and service quality.
• Lead staff supervision, development, and promote a positive, respectful workplace culture.

About You:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and maintain current AHPRA registration. With experience as a Clinical Nurse or Care Coordinator, ideally in aged care, you bring strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Your natural leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills help you build strong relationships with both residents and colleagues. You communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate strong time management, enabling you to balance your workload while providing support to your team.
