Description

The Senior Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and support of clients within a care setting. This position involves overseeing care plans, coordinating services, and acting as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and possess excellent organisational skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Valid UK driving licence and daily access to a car
  • Current and ongoing right to work in the UK
  • Use of a scheduling / HR / recording system
  • Previous Domiciliary Care experience
  • Experience in a customer service setting woud be an advantage
