The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for our team will have at least 1 year experience with managing client enquiries, client consultations, client onboarding, and a client case load for Home Care Package, NDIS, and private pay clients. The care coordinator will have experience managing the complex scheduling requirements for community care workers.
Purpose of Position: This role is customer focused and involves consulting with families, preparing in home care assessments, and drafting care plans to best meet client requirements. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the performance of our carers and nurses.
