As our Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers while keeping our daily operations running smoothly. If you're organized, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.   What You'll Do * Answer incoming calls from clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources * Coordinate caregiver schedules and fill open shifts * Respond to call-offs and last-minute staffing needs * Match caregivers with clients based on skills and availability * Deliver exceptional customer service * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Provide payroll support by reviewing and verifying caregiver timecards * Assist with onboarding, office administration, and daily operations * Work closely with leadership to deliver outstanding client care * Step in to provide caregiver coverage when needed during staffing emergencies   What We're Looking For * Previous office, administrative, or healthcare office experience required * Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented * Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills * Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure * Positive, team-first attitude * Comfortable learning new technology   Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in scheduling, customer service, administration, staffing, or healthcare preferred * Home care or medical office experience is a plus * Willingness to provide direct client care when needed   Compensation & Benefits * $18/hour * PTO, 401k and health benefits, * Career growth opportunities
