POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Care Coordinator will play a dual role in caregiver recruiting and client acquisition. This position is key to ensuring our organization attracts compassionate caregivers while building relationships with potential clients to expand our impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-focused individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, recruiting, human resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client acquisition or sales is a plus.
