JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.
The Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for residents. Responsibilities include coordinating Caregiver activities effectively across each day, escalating resident care needs to Nurses on shift and Care Centre Managers and ensuring access to essential resources for the delivery of person-centered care.
This is a new permanent vacancy that would involve working across a mixture of rotational shifts morning, afternoon and nights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered suitable for this role you will have the following skills/ Qualifications:

  • a minimum Level 3 National Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or a Summerset recognised equivelent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great ability to multitask and juggle tasks
