The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and effective care. This position involves coordinating various aspects of patient care, facilitating communication between healthcare providers, patients, and their families. SKILLS

    Please note that due to being a city centre Practice, staff parking is not available. This role is likely to be based at our main site in Great Pulteney Street, but also at our branch site in Bathampton.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From £12.55 per hour
    Expected hours: 18 – 37.5 per week
