About the Role Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing. As second in command, you’ll: Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family Train up the next generation of carers and nurses Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be Help financially manage the home You’ll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager, the Care Director will utilize their clinical background to enhance resident wellbeing, oversee clinical operations including stock and compliance, and develop clinical care programs. This role also involves nurturing family relationships, training staff, and assisting with the financial management of the home.
