As a Care Engineer, you will extend advanced technical and product support within care service delivery. In this global & 24x7 support environment, you will handle complex troubleshooting cases, particularly at the solution and system level. You will diagnose issues, work with internal teams, and work closely with R&D to escalate and resolve customer problems. With your passion for solving demanding situations/problems, and experience in a customer-facing cloud technology environment, you will focus on delivering an excellent customer support experience while constantly seeking ways to automate and simplify processes in a fast-paced setting.
