• To provide support and care for our Members with learning difficulties and disabilities.
• To design and lead a range of activities, including creative activities (arts and crafts, sewing etc), beauty treatments (nail painting, massages), athletic activities (games, dancing, yoga), performance activities (sing and sign, shows and pantomimes).
• To support our Members in pursuing a healthy lifestyle, including diet and exercise.
• To ensure the physical, emotional, cultural and religious needs of our Members are met.
• To attend and complete trainings in accordance with the company’s policies.
