Care Facilities & Management manage Fairfields Care Centre and Care Facilities Support Services. The Care Centre caters for 70 residents and is devoted to providing the highest standard of care as a leading provider of Dementia and Nursing Care within the Cookstown Area. The Support Services division operates a busy Domiciliary and Agency Department
You will be dealing with all aspects of financial and other administration for the Home and Home Care Business.
Working closely with the Home Manager you will assist with: preparing payroll, resident admission / discharge processes, recruitment and aspects of HR. You will enjoy working with people and will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and internal support to colleagues; we will expect you to be friendly, professional and efficient.
As well as providing administrative support to the Home Manager (filing, answering phone calls, responding to email enquiries and preparing documents). You will also be part of the leadership team working together to ensure the Home and Home Care business runs smoothly.
