Oyster Care Homes has an exciting opportunity for an experienced care home Administrator/Receptionist!
You will be leading the admin and reception function of the home and will be relied upon to ensure the home is running smoothly, giving daily support and updates to the home manager and wider senior management team.
Your job role will be based in Merceode Lodge, Marchwood, Southampton which is well under way and will be opening in December 2025.
The role requires effective communication with exceptional interpersonal skills. The ability to develop professional relationships with prospective customers, employees, suppliers and professionals.
