YOUR ROLE:
As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner with Roseberry Care, you’ll play a vital role in our care team, bridging the gap between healthcare assistants and registered nurses, providing enhanced care responsibilities while still working under the supervision of a nurse or manager
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Supporting nurses with clinical tasks such as wound care, observations, medication rounds, and care plan reviews
· Provide mentorship and guidance to care staff, ensuring high standards of care
· Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, and families
· Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and in line with best practice
· Act as a role model for quality, safety, and compassion in care delivery
