As a naturally caring and compassionate person, you will play a pivotal role in delivering great quality, person related care: To work individually and as part of a team, assisting the Service Manager to ensure the effective running of the service. Support registered nursing staff to meet the clinical care needs of service users on a daily basis including under supervision in complex situations. In the absence of a Registered Nurse, take change of a service or unit within a service, taking clinical decisions within scope of competence. Work autonomously to undertake routine elements of an individual’s assessments, treatments, and interventions, following protocols, evidence-based practice, guidelines and policies. Assess, plan and implement person- centered care while considering the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of residents and manage associated risks within scope of competence. #indsenior

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centered clinical care and support registered nursing staff in meeting the daily needs of service users. Work autonomously to perform assessments and treatments while managing risks and taking clinical decisions within the scope of competence.
