CLEANER REQUIRED – CARE HOME (GRAYS)

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team in a care home based in Grays.
Hours: 5 days per week, including every other weekend
Shift times: 9:00am – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Pay: National Minimum Wage

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cleaning experience (preferable but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Reliability and a caring, respectful approach.
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Expected hours: 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Grays RM17 5UJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

• Cleaning and maintaining residents’ bedrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
• Following daily tasks delegated by the Head Housekeeper.
• Completing records of rooms cleaned.
• Ensuring infection control standards are maintained at all times.
• Observing Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
• Promoting and maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
