We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will play a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through your culinary skills and creativity.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is essential.
• Culinary experience, including food preparation and cooking techniques, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
• Experience in meal preparation for large groups or events is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of menu items, including special dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Provide excellent service by presenting dishes attractively and responding to resident feedback.
