OVERVIEW

Dutton Recruitment are currently working in partnership with one of our clients to recruit for a Care Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on the outskirts of Sheffield. Our client has been established for over 15 years and is well known in South Yorkshire for supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. They offer an array of services from care in the community for young people and adults living with their families to respite care, supported living and complex 24 hour packages. As the Quality Assurance manager you will work in partnership with the Registered Managers and Locality manager to ensure their services are compliant and working in line with CQC standards. You will build strong and trusting relationships with the managers and together formulate action plans for their services, looking at ways to improve or develop the service. To be considered for the role you will have worked within a quality assurance role in the care sector - great care managers /deputies would be very welcome as long as you can demonstrate and talk about ways in which you ensured your service/s were compliant and how you kept it that way.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within the CARE sector is essential.
  • Car driver and owner is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and key lines of enquiry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
    The role is based at their head office in Sheffield however you will be out and about at the services a lot, working in partnership with the managers so you will spend a lot of your time in and around both Sheffield and Rotherham in the services themselves. Mileage is paid at 50ppm and the role is Monday to Friday 9-5pm. This is an ideal role for a strong manager who wants to move into a quality assurance role, someone with an eye for detail and who wants to make sure all services and providing the best care and support in line with CQC standards.

    Pay: £40,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
