JOB SUMMARY

The Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential care facility, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents. This role involves managing staff, developing care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while providing exceptional care to individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Residential care home settings is preferred.
  • Background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or experience in group home environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory care principles is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with operations management within a healthcare context is required.
  • Excellent financial acumen for budgeting and resource management.
  • Nursing or social work background is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to administer medications safely and effectively as per established protocols.
  • Compassionate approach towards senior care with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care in a home-like environment while ensuring operational excellence within the facility.

    Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
