· Role is to become the Registered manager and support the Operations and Compliance team to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
· You will manage the day to day running of the service including:
. Ensure compliance
. Staff appraisals and budgets
. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care
. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring a high standard of care.
. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals.
. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain or improve the home’s rating.
. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
. Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
. Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
