JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents, particularly those requiring assistance with dementia and other senior care needs. The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented and that all staff members are supported in delivering exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a leadership role within senior care or assisted living environments.
• Strong knowledge of dementia care practices and the ability to implement effective strategies for resident support.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A background in nursing or a related field is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff while fostering a positive team culture.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding towards residents’ needs.
