JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in senior care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes is essential.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols and best practices in dementia care is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
