What You'll Be Doing Visiting regular clients in and around Tedburn St Mary Offering companionship and emotional support Helping with everyday tasks like meals, errands, light housework, and medication Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, or support with mobility Building real relationships with local people who value your time and presence Pay and Benefits £13.05 to £20.02 per hour Entry rate: £13.05 Higher rates apply for those with NVQ Level 3 qualifications and bank holiday shifts Paid mileage at 40p per mile Paid travel time between visits Flexible part-time hours to suit your lifestyle Full training provided – no previous experience needed Opportunities for further qualifications and career development A genuinely supportive team who check in and have your back Why This Role is Different We don’t believe in rushed care or unrealistic schedules.
