We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive Senior Lead to help guide and support our care team on the floor—setting the tone, raising the bar, and quietly ensuring every resident experiences the best of what Connaught Care has to offer.
This is more than a step up. It’s a pivotal leadership role at the heart of one of the UK’s most ambitious luxury care providers. With six stunning homes already open and six more on the way, Connaught Care is redefining what later life can look like—elegant, joyful, human, and filled with purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead daily care delivery on the floor, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and with warmth
• Support, coach and supervise care teams—role modelling best practice and promoting a positive, resident-focused culture
• Act as the senior point of contact in the absence of more senior management
• Assist with medication administration, handovers, documentation, and care planning
• Identify concerns, escalate appropriately, and help problem-solve in the moment
• Build strong relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance, dignity, and clear communication
• Support staff performance and development through informal mentoring and feedback
