• Provide first aid and respond to emergencies.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date care plans and liaise with families and health professionals.
• Ensure safety, security, and safeguarding protocols are followed.
• Deliver thorough handovers and ensure continuity of care.
