REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in home care management or a similar role within the senior care sector.
  • Proven experience in CQC inspections
  • Ability to tender and understand how to grow a branch

· Registered Manager qualification. Level 3 NVQ and working towards Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or degree in a relevant Health and social care areas of training.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, staff members and social services.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care
  • Out of office hours, the Registered Manager will take part in an On-Call duty rota to deal with any problems which cannot wait until the next working day.
