The Care Manager, a dynamic leadership role, is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with referral partners and area stakeholders to stimulate growth. This role prioritizes expanding our presence in current and new markets, elevating care quality, and nurturing local team engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building and scaling operations, with a strong focus on amplifying our presence and reach.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of proven ability to successfully lead operations within a growing company
- 3+ years of leadership experience in team management.
- Substantial Healthcare leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through market expansion & customer success initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions and find creative solutions.
- Experience leading teams through periods of growth or transition.
- Bias towards action.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Candidates must reside in New Brunswick.

- Plus de 3 ans de capacité démontrée à diriger avec succès des opérations au sein d’une entreprise qui grandit
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en leadership et en gestion d’équipe.
- Réussite démontrée pour l’augmentation des revenus grâce à des stratégies de vente, à l’expansion du marché et à des initiatives d’acquisition de clients.
- Capacité d’analyser des situations complexes, de prendre des décisions judicieuses et de trouver des solutions créatives.
- Expérience de la direction d’équipes pendant des périodes de croissance ou de transition.

- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout.
- Expérience significative en leadership dans le domaine des soins de santé.
