We are currently seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team, working in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional Clinical & Operations Teams to deliver exceptional clinical care and lead high-performing teams. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing clinical governance, workforce capability, and operational performance.
