Our services include personal care assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication management, housekeeping duties and other tasks that allow our clients to remain in their homes. We are seeking a Care Manager that has a passion for working with seniors and is dedicated to making a difference. The ideal applicant has experience in caregiving and in managing others in a home care setting or facility that provides services to seniors. This is a full-time position with rotating on call and weekend shifts. Responsibilities

The Care Manager will schedule and participate in client and caregiver meetings, ensuring that caregiver skills match client needs. They will also track satisfaction levels and conduct regular home visits.
