Our services include personal care assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication management, housekeeping duties and other tasks that allow our clients to remain in their homes. We are seeking a Care Manager that has a passion for working with seniors and is dedicated to making a difference. The ideal applicant has experience in caregiving and in managing others in a home care setting or facility that provides services to seniors. This is a full-time position with rotating on call and weekend shifts.
