✨ THE ROLE

As Care Manager, you will:

• Lead by example, safeguarding Clients and Carers at all times.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the branch (staffing, budgets, compliance, and performance).
• Grow and develop care packages while maintaining the highest quality of service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and support Carers and office staff.
• Build strong relationships with Clients, families, external professionals, and the wider community.
• Provide effective leadership to the Deputy Care Manager, Care Coordinator, Supervisors, and Administrator.
• Work closely with our Operations, Training, and Recruitment teams to support branch development.
