FULL-TIME CARE MANAGER (HOMECARE)

Our purpose is Making Lives Better through Happier Aging. We help seniors stay in their homes for as long as they choose, and our real talent is caring and connecting to seniors’ hearts.
We are currently looking for a full-time Care Manager who can perform a combination of, in-the-field customer service and supervisory duties. This position is best suited to someone who lives in Langley or Abbotsford.

You are responsible for the day-to-day operations related to driving business results through client experience and caregiver management. You will drive growth through the following main duties and responsibilities:

  • Care Consultations with prospective clients
  • Educate clients on self-care and evaluate client response to care provided
  • Supervise Caregivers to ensure client needs and care plans are executed; set and role model expectations
  • Conduct supervisory visits to ensure Caregiver fit and quality of care, delivering a premium client experience
  • Drive results through leading your caregiving team by setting clear goals, assigning tasks, coaching in the moment, and providing continuing education
  • Responsible for ensuring client coverage is secured, particularly due to urgent care, caregiver cancellations, and limited availability; assists with scheduling as needed
  • Maintains excellent documentation practices, specifically complete and accurate care plans and client files.

This is a Full-Time permanent position with a growing organization. Flexibility is required, and some evening and weekend work is necessary.

Requirements for position:

  • Health Care related experience, LPN preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Exceptional Client Service Skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Google Workspace
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Intentional organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
