What's on Offer: 📍 Location: Landsdowne Gardens on Wycombe Care Community, Neutral Bay 💼 Employment Type: Permanent full-time, Monday - Friday 💰 Remuneration: Attractive salary package + 12% superannuation + Relocation Assistance* + Sponsorship* What You'll Do: In this pivotal leadership role, you will: · Provide strong clinical and care leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. · Lead, mentor, and inspire Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Assistants. · Ensure robust clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement practices. · Build trusted relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health partners. · Work collaboratively with the General Manager to drive operational and clinical success. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a leader who is confident, compassionate, and committed to best-practice care: · Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse · Experience in clinical leadership or management in aged care or healthcare. · Strong understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC, and clinical governance. · A natural mentor with a passion for developing high-performing teams. · Excellent communication, resilience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. · Ability to complete pre-employment medical, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
