£36K - £40K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + BONUS + BENEFITS
We are working with a Domiciliary Care Provider who are looking for a Care Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, grow the business and build an internal team.
Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of care with a strong area support network in place and as such this role could suit someone who has been a Deputy Care Manager looking for progression and development. Equally if you worked in domiciliary care or a supported living environment as a Care Manager then your application would be welcomed and a higher salary available given the experience you would bring to the role.
As Care Manager you will need to be willing to get hands on with the day-to-day operations and networking. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow a service and make it their own, building connections with local councils, GP’s, hospitals and the community, onboarding new clients and recruiting their care staff.
Being part of a larger established care business, you will receive operational and Head Office support and be given budget to grow your Team.
The successful candidate will need to be commercially focussed, hungry for growth and want to establish themself in the community building relationships and onboarding new clients and carers.
