Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Part-time: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evening or weekend shifts (on a fair rota basis)
    We are currently looking for Care Navigators (Receptionists) to provide an excellent front-of-house service to our patients and support the wider practice team.
    Previous experience in a GP Practice is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing great patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person, by phone, and via our online platforms
  • Signposting patients to the appropriate service or healthcare professional
  • Supporting the clinical and admin teams with a range of day-to-day tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times
  • Following health & safety guidelines and completing mandatory training
