ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Care Navigator / Receptionist to join our supportive team at Park Surgery. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in helping people access the right care and ensuring the smooth running of our busy reception.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and approachable manner.
• Answer and manage telephone calls, email enquiries, and face-to-face queries.
• Book, amend, and manage appointments accurately.
• Support patients by signposting to the most appropriate clinician or service.
• Process and manage documentation, including scanning, filing, and handling post.
• Keep patient records up to date using our clinical systems.
• Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area.
