JOB SUMMARY

The Care Navigator plays a crucial role in assisting individuals in navigating the complexities of healthcare services. EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated clerical experience, including data entry and record management.

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or related field is preferred but not essential.
