DESCRIPTION:
This position will support the growth and expansion of services that meet consumer needs, including corporate partners and general audience. Responsible for the implementation and execution of Care On Demand (COD) and future Consumer Solutions including supporting COD sales initiatives, client management, events and supporting clients of the Health Solutions team. Serves as a liaison with new or existing corporate clients and ensures positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Works closely with Director and team to plan and assist in executing internal budgeting, billing, documentation as well as external outreach, communications, activation and management of services ranging from conferences, presentations, health fairs and other engagements intended to support growth of COD and meet strategic goals. Focused on customer experience for all users of COD including providers, patients and corporate partners. Responsible for scheduling, reporting and project implementation as required by the department. Demonstrates high integrity and ethical behavior as well as patient privacy according to regulations and policies. Available to support all geographic areas where Baptist Health South Florida provides services to the community. Estimated salary range for this position is $47554.21 - $61820.47 / year depending on experience.
