About the opportunity The Care Partner Administration role is a full-time position based in the Young region.. In this role, you will be provide administration support to our Care Partners and assist the team with managing and supporting existing SAH clients whilst also identifying opportunities to expand our Home Care services. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality, person centred care is delivered to our client and assist with increasing our supports to the community.
