You’ll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team. This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day. What You’ll Do * Follow each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner * Document changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements * Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership * Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines * Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately * Report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy * Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs * Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness * Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers * Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For * High School Diploma or equivalent required * At least one year of caregiving or similar experience * Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately * Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and show initiative * Compassion for and desire to work with older adults * Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing * Ability to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screenings * Certifications as required by state * Periodic weekend, day, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverage * Occasional travel may be required Join Milestone to make a meaningful impact through compassionate care, teamwork, and resident-centered service.
