Right at Home In-Home Health is currently seeking team members with a passion for caring to join our team in a unique combined role of Care Planner / Marketing Manager for Barrie & Surroundings Regions
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or similar professionals with health care experience.
Right at Home Canada Home Health Care and Assistance is part of an international family of over 550 Care Offices around the globe. We provide a full suite of both non-medical and medical care, products, and services to older adults and disabled adults who want to continue to live independently, wherever home is for them.

Our Right at Home Office servicing Barrie & Surroundings Regions is looking for passionate, service-orientated go-getters to hold a key role in helping us build our network of client families, referral sources, and partners in the region, and to provide exceptional Care Management to those client families. Your role is a combined role: to be the face of Right at Home as a family Care Planner, as well as engage in business development and community awareness, building relationships with referral sources and the community in order to create awareness of our services and care inquiries.

Duties include:

  • Network in Barrie & Surroundings Regions as a proud and passionate advocate for the Right at Home Canada brand
  • Respond to client inquiries, conduct in-home assessments, and develop Care Plans for clients in those regions
  • Recruit and hire Care Team members, and be an effective and energetic manager of your Care Teams
  • Develop relationships with both medical and non-medical influencers and referral sources to increase top-of-mind awareness of Right at Home services
  • Interface with the Right at Home management team, business development representatives, and other staff as an integral part of the company’s growth and mission to become Canada’s leader in the delivery of private home health care and supportive care services
  • Work independently from a combination of locations including your own home office, Right at Barrie & Surroundings Regions and out in the community on regular daily relationship visits and presentations
  • Have competency and comfort with computer-based CRM and case tools

Key skill sets include excellent communication skills; dedication to exceptional care and client service; health care experience. Candidates MUST have a driver’s license and be willing to travel through the Barrie & Surroundings Regions
