We're hiring – could you be the right fit for our team?Home Instead is currently recruiting Care Professionals across Cheshunt, Cuffley and Harlow, with opportunities for both hourly care and Live-In Care.Whether you're looking for regular daytime hours, part-time work alongside other commitments, or a long-term Live-In placement, we have a number of opportunities available.

🏡 Live-In Care – CheshuntWe're looking for an experienced Live-In Care Professional to become a familiar and trusted part of a lovely client's life.Our client is a lady in her late 80s living with Alzheimer's, high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes. She is mobile and fairly independent, with support focused on companionship, gentle prompting, light personal care and assistance around the home.She enjoys her garden, baking, watching the news and having a good chat. She has settled very well with Live-In Care and has a supportive and involved family.We're looking for someone who will fit in well with the client and family and commit to a permanent 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.£129 per day£1,806 per 2-week placementFood allowance + travel allowancePrivate bedroom with ensuitePrevious Live-In Care experience required

• 🚗 Hourly Care – Cheshunt, Cuffley & HarlowWe are also looking for Care Professionals to join our hourly care team across the local area.This is ideal for people who want to build regular hours around their existing commitments, with opportunities available from part-time through to full-time.You'll support a range of clients in their own homes, providing practical help and companionship.Depending on the client, this can include:Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Medication prompting
• Light housekeeping
• Shopping and errands
• Supporting clients to remain independent at home

We aim to provide regular clients and consistent hours, allowing you to build relationships rather than constantly working with different people.

• What we're looking forFor our hourly roles, you will need:A full UK driving licence
• Access to your own reliable vehicle
• Availability for regular care visits
• A kind, caring and reliable approach
• Good communication skills
• A genuine interest in supporting older people

We have particular requirements for carers who can work morning shifts from around 7:45am through to 2pm, although other hours are also available.
