Job Description Care Assistant – Home Care Ruislip & Harrow Area With Home Instead Joining Home Instead means becoming part of a supportive and professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality care at home. We pride ourselves on employing compassionate, reliable staff and providing excellent training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. Working Hours Full-time shifts available: 7:00am – 2:00pm 4:00pm – 9:00pm Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) About the Role You will travel throughout the Ruislip and Harrow areas, providing high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities Personal care, including bathing and dressing Meal preparation Medication reminders and administration Light household and domestic tasks Companionship and social support Activities such as reading, puzzles, board games, or watching favourite shows Updating our care app after each visit so family members can stay informed about their loved one’s wellbeing What We Offer Competitive pay from £12.71 per hour Paid introductions and shadowing with all clients Minimum 1-hour care visits Mileage allowance of 40p per mile Flexible working patterns Refer-a-friend scheme Full induction programme with award-winning training Paid induction and development (PID) training Ongoing career development opportunities Pension scheme Additional benefits including: Exclusive shopping and utility discounts 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Qualifications Not necessary.
