Flexible hours that work around your life We know everyone’s schedule is different, so we offer flexible shifts. • Our service operates 07:00am – 10:00pm, 365 days a year • Flexible working patterns to fit around family, study, or other commitments This role is ideal if you’re looking for: • Care Assistant jobs in Lincoln • Part-time care work • Evening or weekend work • A meaningful career change What you’ll be doing as a Care Assistant You’ll support older adults in their own homes with: • Companionship and friendly conversation • Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support) • Preparing meals and light housekeeping • Medication reminders and support • Helping clients stay active, independent, and confident at home Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: helping someone live well in the place they love most — their home. Qualifications What we’re looking for You don’t need previous care experience — we’re looking for the right people. • Kind, patient, and reliable individuals • A genuine desire to help others • Full UK driving license and access to a car (essential) • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) • Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check Experience in care, support work, hospitality, retail, childcare, or customer service can be helpful, but full training is provided.
